AN ONGOING PROJECT TO ORGANIZE THE REPORTING ON THE WORST TRUMP POLITICAL APPOINTEES ACROSS THE USG FROM 2017-2021, AND 2025->

In the first Trump Administration, we've seen unqualified people in senior positions, appointees who were walking conflicts of interest, fomenters of hostile work environments, anti-science policymakers, echoers and supporters of the most hateful rhetoric, abject fealty to the Trump White House, and dedicated government workers losing their jobs by standing up for what's right. It's quite likely we'll see a lot more of this in the second Trump Administration.

We must never forget the harm done by these appointees as, in any Trump era, it's easy to ignore awfulness when it's the daily standard.
